How To Activate UBA USSD Code? 

Now that you have known the UBA USSD codes, let’s look at how you can activate it to enable you to use them to transfer funds, pay bills, buy airtime, check your account balance among other functions that the codes can be used to perform. 

Follow the steps below to activate it:

1. On your dial pad, dial the UBA transfer code *919#.
2. After the welcome message that will prompt, choose option ‘’1’’ to register.
3. At this point, you have the option to choose from registering with an account number linked to your existing UBA account or the UBA card. Select the one that is suitable for you.
4. Now, if you have a UBA prepaid account, choose this option ‘’prepaid with pin’’. But if you don’t have one, select this option ‘’Account with pin’’.
5. Depending on the choice you made above, you can input your UBA card prepaid number or your ten-digit account number.
6. At this point, you’ll need to set a pin for your UBA USSD mobile banking account. You can input either your UBA debit card or BVN 4-digits number.
7. Now, you have to confirm your pin to enable you to complete the activation process.
8. Finally, you’ve successfully activated your UBA USSD code and you’re good to go.

How To Transfer Funds From UBA To Other Banks?

To transfer money from UBA to other financial institutions like Zenith bank, Access etc, just follow the steps below:

1. On your dial pad, press *919# on the Phone number linked to your UBA account.
2. Select the option ‘’Transfer Money’’.
3. Choose the recipient’s bank.
4. Enter the recipient account number.
5. Review and check the account details.
6. Enter the exact amount you wish to transfer.
7. Put your secret pin to proceed with the transaction.
